Welcome to Microdosify Spaces.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Microdosify Spaces website, checkout pages, services, community platform, content, courses, and digital products (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1) About Microdosify Spaces

Microdosify Spaces is an educational and community-based digital platform that may include self-paced recorded courses, guided discussions, live sessions, digital resources, community features, calendars, and learning experiences related to wellness, mindfulness, integration practices, and personal development.

Microdosify Spaces does not sell or distribute controlled substances. The Platform does not provide medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric services, diagnosis, treatment, crisis intervention, or other licensed clinical services.

3) Informational and Educational Content

All content provided through Microdosify Spaces is intended for educational, informational, and personal growth purposes. The Platform may include general wellness education, guided discussions, and community-based learning experiences designed to support reflection, awareness, and informed decision-making.

Microdosify Spaces does not provide individualized medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, or other licensed professional services, and the content on the Platform should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice tailored to your personal circumstances.

Workshops, meditation sessions, community discussions, courses, and other Platform activities are educational and wellness experiences. Facilitators do not diagnose participants, prescribe treatment, establish a therapist-client or healthcare-provider relationship, or provide emergency or crisis services through the Platform.

The Platform is not a substitute for professional services appropriate to your individual circumstances. You remain responsible for deciding whether a workshop, meditation session, or other Platform activity is suitable for you.

4) Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5) Digital Products and Purchases

Microdosify Spaces offers paid digital products purchased on a one-time basis. We do not currently offer recurring subscriptions.

Specific features, content libraries, course availability, and product benefits may evolve over time as the Platform develops.

The applicable price, currency, included benefits, applicable taxes, and any promotional terms will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6) Website Checkout, Payments, and Billing

Purchases are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Stripe may collect and process your payment and billing information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

Before completing a purchase, you will be shown the applicable product or service, price, currency, and applicable taxes.

By completing a purchase, you authorize Microdosify Spaces and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for the amount displayed at checkout. Purchases are one-time payments; we will not charge your payment method again unless you make another purchase.

If a payment is declined or cannot be processed, Stripe or Microdosify Spaces may retry the payment where permitted. We may suspend or limit access to paid content until the outstanding payment is successfully completed.

Prices may change in the future. Price changes do not affect purchases you have already completed.

7) Access to Member Content and Community

After a successful purchase, access to member content may be provided through our website and/or a third-party hosted community or course platform used to deliver courses, resources, discussions, schedules, and other purchased features.

Unless a different delivery time is stated at checkout, access to immediately available digital content is normally provided after successful payment and account activation. Access to scheduled workshops or meditation sessions is provided according to the date, time, location, and access instructions shown on the applicable service page or registration confirmation.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address and reviewing any access instructions sent to you. If you do not receive expected access information, contact support@microdosify.ca.

Access to purchased content remains available subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to grant, adjust, limit, suspend, or revoke access in accordance with these Terms or platform needs.

8) Refunds and Cancellations

Eligibility for refunds, including refunds for courses, guided sessions, ebooks, workshops, meditation sessions, duplicate charges, or technical access problems, is explained in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If applicable law provides you with additional cancellation or refund rights, those rights will continue to apply.

9) Community Conduct and Acceptable Use

Microdosify Spaces is intended to be a respectful, constructive, and safe learning environment.

You agree not to:

Participants are expected to respect the privacy of information shared in group and community settings. However, Microdosify Spaces cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. You should use care when choosing what personal information to share.

Violation of these standards may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.

10) User Content

You may be able to post or submit content, including comments, messages, responses, or uploads (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting or submitting User Content through the Platform, you grant Microdosify Spaces a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, administer, secure, moderate, and support the Platform and its community features.

This licence does not authorize us to use your identifiable User Content in advertising, testimonials, public promotional materials, or published case studies without your separate permission.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it.

You must not upload confidential information belonging to another person or content that infringes another person’s privacy, intellectual-property, or other legal rights.

11) Intellectual Property

All Platform content, including but not limited to courses, videos, recordings, text, graphics, designs, branding, downloads, and other materials, is owned by Microdosify Spaces or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms and your applicable purchase, Microdosify Spaces grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use Platform materials for your own non-commercial educational and wellness purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, download where downloading is not expressly enabled, distribute, resell, sublicense, modify, publicly display, publish, or commercially exploit Platform materials without prior written permission from Microdosify Spaces or the applicable content owner.

All materials are provided for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise stated.

12) Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including Stripe for payment processing, and providers supporting website hosting, email communications, analytics, video delivery, workshops, community features, course delivery, and scheduling.

We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, or content. Your use of third-party services may be governed by their own separate terms and privacy policies.

Microdosify Spaces is responsible for the services it sells, including customer support, delivery, cancellations, and refunds. Stripe provides payment-processing services and is not the provider of Microdosify Spaces workshops, meditation sessions, digital products, or educational content.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microdosify Spaces disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or uninterrupted access.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available, error-free, secure, or that any content will meet your expectations or produce any particular result.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or consumer guarantees. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, guarantee, condition, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microdosify Spaces and its operators, affiliates, team members, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your inability to use the Platform, or your reliance on Platform content.

Your use of the Platform and any decisions you make based on the information provided are your own responsibility.

15) Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if:

Where we terminate your access for a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, you may lose access to Platform content and community features. Refund eligibility, if any, will be determined under our Cancellation & Refund Policy and applicable law.

If we discontinue a paid service for operational reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will provide an appropriate remedy where required, which may include continued access, transfer to a reasonably comparable service, or a full or partial refund.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice, but we reserve the right to act immediately where needed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law, including liability arising from fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, Microdosify Spaces’ total aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to Microdosify Spaces for the service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

16) Changes to the Platform or Terms

We may make reasonable changes to Platform features, schedules, content, technology, facilitators, or delivery methods to maintain, secure, update, or improve the Platform. We will not materially reduce the core benefits of a paid purchase without providing advance notice and any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Platform, our business practices, payment arrangements, or legal obligations. Where a change materially affects your rights, obligations, pricing, or access to paid services, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email, through the Platform, or through another appropriate method.

The notice will explain when the change becomes effective and, where applicable, any rights you have in connection with the change.

Changes that do not materially affect your rights may take effect when the updated Terms are posted. The “Last Updated” date will identify the latest revision.

If Microdosify Spaces permanently discontinues a paid service before the end of a period for which you have paid, we will provide a remedy consistent with applicable law and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

17) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply to you under the laws of your province, state, country, or place of residence.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws, the courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia, will have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform.
