4. Accounts and Security
Some Products or Platform features may require an account.
You agree to:

Product descriptions will identify the main features of the applicable Product, which may include:
- Format
- Included materials
- Delivery method

We may make reasonable updates to course formatting, lesson order, presentation, technical features, or supporting materials.
We will not materially remove the core content or benefits specifically described at the time of purchase without providing a reasonably appropriate replacement, account credit, proportionate refund, or another remedy required by law.
6. Prices, Payments, and Billing
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Unless another currency is expressly identified, prices are listed in United States dollars.
Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider identified at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that:

We do not currently charge recurring subscription fees unless a future offer clearly identifies a recurring plan and you separately authorize it before being charged.
A payment may be declined, delayed, reviewed, or cancelled by the applicable payment provider or financial institution.
A purchase is not complete until payment is successfully authorized.
7. Access to Purchased Content
Access instructions for immediately available digital Products are normally provided after successful payment through an on-screen confirmation, email, account dashboard, or a combination of these.
You are responsible for:

8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling, duplicate charges, technical failures, and payment disputes are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
Where these Terms conflict with a non-waivable right under applicable consumer-protection law, the applicable legal right will apply.

- Violate applicable law
You are encouraged to respect the privacy of other participants.
However, Microdosify Spaces cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality. Do not share information that you would not want another participant to repeat or retain.
We may remove content or restrict participation where we reasonably believe these rules have been violated.
10. User Content
“User Content” includes comments, posts, messages, survey responses, questions, images, files, feedback, and other material you submit to the Platform.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant Microdosify Spaces a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and technically process that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Operate the Platform
- Provide the service
- Display content to intended participants
- Moderate community areas

This licence ends when the applicable content is deleted or no longer required, subject to reasonable backup, legal, security, and record-retention requirements.
We will not use an identifiable testimonial, photograph, story, or quotation in advertising without separate permission.
You confirm that your User Content:
- Belongs to you or you have permission to submit it
- Does not infringe another person’s rights
- Is not unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful

- Branding
- Logos
- Text
- Website design

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the applicable Product for your own non-commercial purposes.
You may not, without written permission:
- Copy or reproduce substantial portions of a Product
- Resell or redistribute content
- Share paid materials publicly

- Payment processing
- Website hosting
- Email delivery
- Analytics
- Course hosting
- Community management
- Video conferencing
- Scheduling
- File storage
- Customer support
Payments may be processed by Stripe or PayPal, depending on the option selected.
Third-party providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, accuracy, or practices.
A link does not mean that Microdosify Spaces endorses every statement, product, or service offered by the third party.
13. No Guaranteed Results
Personal-growth experiences are individual and subjective.
We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in:
- Improved mental or physical health
- Emotional healing
- Reduced symptoms
- Better relationships
- Financial gain
- Career success
- Spiritual outcomes
- Behavioural change
- Any other particular result
Testimonials, participant feedback, examples, or descriptions of experiences represent individual perspectives and do not guarantee that you will have the same experience.
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The Platform will always be available
- Access will be uninterrupted
- Every technical issue will be immediately corrected
- Content will meet every individual expectation
- Every third-party service will remain available
- Every Product will remain available indefinitely
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty, condition, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microdosify Spaces will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising from a Product or service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Microdosify Spaces for the Product or service giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the event.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
15. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that you have:
- Materially violated these Terms
- Engaged in fraud
- Abused the refund process
- Shared paid access without permission
- Harassed another participant
- Threatened Platform security
- Used the Platform unlawfully
- Repeatedly disrupted a community or session
- Failed to pay an applicable amount
Where reasonably practical, we may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue before permanent termination.
Immediate suspension or termination may occur where necessary to protect participants, prevent fraud, address illegal activity, comply with law, or respond to a serious security concern.
Termination for a material breach does not automatically entitle you to a refund.
You may stop using the Platform at any time.
Sections concerning intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and other provisions intended to survive will remain effective after termination.
16. Changes to Products, the Platform, or These Terms

- New services
- Changes to third-party providers
- Clarification of existing terms
The updated date will appear at the top of these Terms.
Where a change materially affects your rights or materially reduces a paid benefit, we may provide additional notice by email or through the Platform.
Changes will not remove a non-waivable legal right.
Where a material change affects a Product already purchased, we will provide any notice, choice, replacement, credit, refund, or other remedy required by law or reasonably appropriate in the circumstances.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Subject to any mandatory right you may have under the law of your province, state, territory, or country, legal proceedings may be brought in the courts located in British Columbia.
Nothing in this section prevents you from relying on a non-waivable consumer-protection right available in your place of residence.
